Where can we buy your products?
You can purchase Delish Kitch products at The Stop Farmers’ Market at the Wychwood Barns in Toronto every Saturday year round from 8 am to 1 pm. Alternatively, you can come directly to DK Kitchen in Puslinch.
Can I pre-order for the Saturday Market?
Yes, pre-orders for Market are always accepted. You can subscribe to Delish Kitch and a “pre-order-menu” will come to you via email every Monday morning, you can order directly from the “market menu page”, and you can call the Kitchen directly. If you would like your order to be guaranteed then we ask that you submit your request by Thursday at 12 noon prior to Market Saturday. Some menu items are “first come-first serve”.

Tell us about your gluten-free bread?
All of our bread is gluten-free, dairy-free (one loaf contains dairy), egg-free, soy-free and vegan. We now offer a wide range of moist and flavourful options: quinoa-teff sourdough with chia and flax, Ontario buckwheat-teff sourdough, adventurous sourdough, quinoa-millet, sprouted millet, potato-rosemary, cheddar-rosemary-caramelized onion (contains dairy), muesli, raisin-cinnamon, cranberry-walnut-orange, weekly features and more!!! Delish Kitch is also thrilled to offer 3 varieties of bagels and a baguette!
What flours do you use?
We use a variety of gluten-free flours depending on the recipe. Millet, quinoa, Ontario buckwheat, sprouted millet, sprouted sorghum, sprouted chic pea, teff, brown rice, garbanzo bean, and sorghum are used.
What fats do you use?
We use- local-organic butter, organic olive oil, organic-fair-trade coconut oil and grape seed oil.
What sweeteners do you use?
We use organic-fair-trade sucanat, organic-fair-trade coconut palm sugar, organic-fair-trade coconut palm nectar, monk fruit sweetener, stevia with no aftertaste, evaporated cane juice, organic-raw agave nectar, local-raw honey and maple syrup. We do not use any refined sugars.
What kind of animal protein do you use?
Delish Kitch is committed to using local, organic, drug-free animal protein from farmers that utilize humane and ethical practices.
Do you make sugar-free items?
Everything we prepare is “refined” sugar-free. We do offer baked items that are sweetened with stevia, monk fruit, fruit and/or vegetables only.
Do you use eggs?
We use local, organic, free-range eggs in some of our products. There are also plenty of items that do not contain eggs.
Do you have dairy-free items?
Yes, we have a wide range of products made without dairy. Everything is clearly marked at the “Market Table” to identify which items are made without dairy.
Do you have vegan items?
Yes, we have a large variety of vegan options for you to try. Brownie bombs, date squares, local oat berry squares, banana chocolate chip muffins, gingerbread muffin, health cookies, energy cookies, pizza, vegan soups (frozen) and more.
Do you have any products that are “paleo”?
Yes, we have a wide range of “paleo” items for you to try. Flourless brownies, morning glory muffins, banana chocolate chip muffins, soup and more!
Are you a nut-free facility?
No, we are not. There are plenty of items in the menu that are baked without nuts but cross contamination would occur. If you have a nut allergy it is not recommended that our products are consumed.
Are you a peanut-free facility?
We do not use peanuts in our facility BUT we do not ensure that our suppliers are peanut-free. If you have a peanut allergy it is not recommended that our products are consumed.
