Organic “Ontario” Buckwheat, Organic “Prairie” Quinoa, Arrowroot Flour, Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Styrian Pumpkin Seed, Tart Cherries, Water, Wild Starter, Fine Grey Sea Salt, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Canadian Maple Syrup (just a wee bit) and Psyllium! The top of the loaf is dusted with Organic “Prairie” Oat!
