Do you want the full “DK Experience” of sourdough “Fresh From the Oven”….you can now purchase DK’s sourdough in raw-frozen form….take home-dethaw-bake and you got yourself a fresh-warm loaf of sourdough. A “Dutch Oven” is required for the bake! It takes 6-8 hours for the loaf to dethaw before it can be put in the oven. If your loaf is not completely dethawed, your bake will not be successful! Just a heads-up in case you are planning on serving it the same day as Market pick up….this is something to consider! Printable baking instructions are below.
