Gluten-Grain-Dairy-Refined Sugar Free….Vegan Paleo
A “crispy” and “a little more on the sweet side” grain-free granola bar!
This recipe was developed for my trekking vacation in the Mount Everest region of Nepal!
It is made with wild heritage baru flour, sweetened with organic palm & maple syrup (including the chocolate chips) and loaded with organic sunflower, styrian pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hemp, chia, organic olive oil and fine grey sea salt!
