This is a delicious “grain-free tigernut sourdough” tart filled with Farmer’s Market chicken, carrots and peas….spiced with Laurie’s curry blend (less the cayenne pepper- this is something you can add if desired).  The curry chicken is topped with an organic sweet potato mash and sprinkled with parsley.  Note: this is a hand held pie and not one that would require a “knife and fork”.

Pastry ingredients:  Organic tigernut flour & arrowroot flour, water, wild sourdough starter, sea salt, organic olive oil and psyllium seed husk!
