Let DK do the spice flavour for you …. all you have to do is add the toppings!  This makes a fantastic pizza and….it is a great “change up” from the usual style of pizza!

I like to layer mine up with- Tahini Sauce- recipe below, red onion, spinach, parsley, a light layer of cheese/vegancheese, sliced tomato, optional protein- chicken (pre cooked and cubes) or vegetarian chicken substitute, cauliflower (I pre-bake the cauliflower to make sure they cook thoroughly- lightly coat with some olive oil and spice-if desired and bake in a 350F / 176 C oven for 15 minutes), then top with your choice of cheese/vegan cheese.  I like to bake the pizza for 10 minutes without the cauliflower on top – after 10 minutes I remove the pizza from the oven and add the cauliflower, cheese/vegan cheese and a sprinkling of parsley- bake for an additional 8 minutes.

Baking Instructions:  Dress up your pizza & bake in a 450F / 232C oven for 16-18 minutes, rotating once- until top is golden and bubbling.  Best kept frozen until use. Defrosting not necessary!
