The pie is topped with an organic sweet potato mash. Feel free to add your own shredded vegan cheese on top!
Pastry ingredients: Organic Sweet Potato, Organic Cassava Flour, Tapioca Starch, Water, Sea Salt, Psyllium Seed Husk, Baking Powder (corn free), Organic Olive Oil is lightly sprayed on top for baking purposes!
Mash ingredients: organic sweet potato, organic olive oil, organic onion granules, organic south west spices (not hot).
