Is Delish Kitch a gluten-free facility?

Where can we buy your products?

You can purchase Delish Kitch products at The Stop Farmers’ Market at the Wychwood Barns in Toronto on alternating Saturdays year round from 8 am to 1 pm.  Pre-ordering in advance is highly recommended.  Alternatively, you can come directly to DK Kitchen in Puslinch.  Pre-ordering in advance is required for Puslinch pick ups.

Can I pre-order for the Saturday Market?

Yes, pre-orders for Market are always accepted.  You can order directly from the “market menu page”.  If you would like your order to be guaranteed then we ask that you submit your request by Thursday at 9 am.

How do I pre-order for the Saturday Market?

You can subscribe to Delish Kitch and a “pre-order-menu” will come to you via email every Monday morning.  You can order directly from the “market menu page” in this web site.  These are the two preferred choices for Delish Kitch!

Tell us about your gluten-free bread?

All of our bread is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.  We also offer a unique line of grain-free loaves.  Delish Kitch has created a naturally leavened line of sourdough bread- a 24 fermentation process without the use of bakers yeast or sugar.

What flours do you use?

We use a variety of gluten-free flours depending on the recipe. Ontario buckwheat, millet, quinoa, pure oats, tigernut, green banana, wild heritage baru flour, cassava, almond, teff, brown rice, garbanzo bean, and sorghum.

What fats do you use?

We use- local-organic butter, organic olive oil, organic-fair-trade coconut oil and avocado oil.

What sweeteners do you use?

We use organic-fair-trade sucanat, organic-fair-trade coconut palm sugar, organic-fair-trade coconut palm nectar, monk fruit sweetener, stevia with no aftertaste, evaporated cane juice and maple syrup. We do not use any refined sugars.

Are you a nut-free facility?

No, we are not. There are plenty of items in the menu that are baked without nuts but cross contamination would occur. If you have a nut allergy it is not recommended that our products are consumed.

Are you a peanut-free facility?

No….we use peanuts in the Bakery!
