These are soooo delicious….DK’s grain free & sourdough pumpernickel hand pie with an organic pumpkin seed/sunflower seed crust….filled with mustard hummus, dill pickle, sauerkraut, caramelized onions, reuben flavoured tempeh (house-made) and swiss cheese.

Tart Shell Ingredients:  Purified water, organic tigernut flour, cassava flour, wild sourdough starter, arrowroot flour, organic flax meal, organic olive oil, cocoa powder, psyllium seed husk, organic maple syrup, organic decaf coffee,  organic spices, sea salt.  Topping:  organic pumpkin seeds and organic sunflower seeds.

Dethaw and Bake 350F oven for 18-22 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbly/golden.
