If you LOVE stuffing than this is the loaf for you!  It makes the most delicious savory sandwich.  It can also be “cubed-up & dried-out” to make a grain-free stuffing!

Stuffing suggestion:  Cut the bread into small cubes and place on a baking sheet.  Place them in a preheated 200 F or 93 C oven.  Let them dry for one hour or more- until the outside feels crispy. Let Cool!  Saute some finely chopped onions and mushrooms in olive oil (or your choice of fat) with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.  Toss the cubes in this mixture and stuff the chicken/turkey.  If you are preparing this for vegan/vegetarian, it can be baked in a tin foil pocket in the oven!
