Ingredients: DK’s Tigernut All Purpose Flour Blend (organic tigernut flour, organic cassava flour, organic coconut flour, tapioca- over 80% of this blend is organic tigernut flour), organic bananas, raspberries, wild sourdough starter, organic sucanat, organic olive oil, happy eggs, organic unsweetened coconut milk, organic maple syrup, lemon juice, organic vanilla extract, baking soda.
Topping: Organic Ontario oats. organic Canadian hemp seeds, organic Canadian maple syrup, organic olive oil and a dollop of raspberry jam!
