Do you want the full “DK Experience” of sourdough “Fresh From the Oven”….you can now purchase DK’s sourdough in raw-frozen form….take home-dethaw-bake and you got yourself a fresh-warm Vegetable Curry bun to have for a meal. This is “full on” curry flavour (but not HOT). The tigernut sourdough bun is seasoned with curry, the filling has a layer organic spinach and a second layer curried cauliflower with organic peas/carrots! This can be baked “as is” for a vegan meal or you can add some cheese/hot peppers for more flavour! Delicious! Printable baking instructions are below.
Note: these buns are intended to be eaten “fresh from the oven”. If they are made a day in advance, some of the soft texture will be lost. I strongly suggest that they are eaten the same day!
