This is “out of this world”….a grain-free Sourdough Tart Shell filled with Spinach and DK’s House-Made “Cauliflower” Ricotta!  Soooo good!

The tart comes “half baked” before freezing/packaging!  Product photo is shown at “full bake”.

Filling: LOTS of Organic Spinach with DK’s house made organic & vegan cauliflower ricotta and….topped with DK’s house made organic and vegan cauliflower mozzarella!

Pastry ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour, Organic Cassava Flour, Organic Butternut Squash, Tapioca Flour, Water, Wild Sourdough Starter, Sea Salt, Organic Olive Oil and Psyllium Seed Husk!

Heating instructions:  Pull tart out of freezer and dethaw 2-4 hours or overnight/day in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F/176C.  Place tart on baking sheet and bake 6-12 minutes. Until top is bubbling and golden. Oven temperatures vary- start checking for doneness at 6 minutes. Can bake from frozen- it will just take longer to bake!
