This loaf is double the scaled weight of DK’s sourdough boules. I love the size, flavour and texture! I have been consuming this type of loaf for a long time now….I have always made a “house loaf” on “Sourdough Thursday” with all the remnants of dough left over from scaling them. I would roll them up and put them in a pan. They have always been so good….I felt it was time to share this style of bread with you!
