OMG…. so delicious!
I was sent a sample of Coffee Cherry Flour! A sustainable flour that grinds the shell of the coffee bean into flour. Normally it would be discarded but now their making flour with it!
I made a “chocolate starter” that was successful…. whew….mixed up some Tigernut Flour and Coffee Cherry Flour….added cherries and a wee bit of maple syrup plus psyllium and this bagel was created. It goes from “light sweet” to chocolate to “nice” coffee bitter flavour!
