Each muffin only has 1 tsp of sucanat added ( an unrefined sugar with all the minerals still intact)….the rest of the sweet flavour is from the fig and bananas….oh yes, and the coconut palm sugar sweetened chocolate chips!
Ingredients: DK’s Tigernut All Purpose Flour Blend (organic tigernut flour, cassava flour, organic coconut flour, tapioca- over 80% of this blend is organic tigernut flour), organic banana, organic figs, organic coconut oil, organic sucanat (just a wee bit), organic coconut palm sugar sweetened chocolate chips, organic coconut milk, organic vanilla extract, farmers market eggs, organic ceylon cinnamon, baking powder (corn/wheat free), baking soda, sea salt.
