Let DK do the spice flavour for you …. all you have to do is add the toppings! This makes a fantastic pizza and….it is a great “change up” from the usual style of pizza!
I like to layer mine up with- light coat of olive oil, spinach, caramelized onion with lightly sauteed mushrooms, cheese/vegan cheese, potato wedges (I mandolin organic potaoes, place on a parchment covered baking sheet, spray/brush with olive oil, lightly salt-optional and bake 350F / 176C oven for 15 minutes- I usually do a few pans of this and freeze them so the next time I do this pizza I am already to go), a bit more cheese/vegan cheese- bake for 10 minutes- remove from oven and layer on some cubed/cooked chicken or vegetarian chicken- of course….optional, some par boiled broccoli florets and more cheese/vegan cheese and sprinkle of dried rosemary. What do you got….Sunday Dinner….so delish!!!!
Baking Instructions: Dress up your pizza & bake in a 450F / 232C oven for 16-18 minutes, rotating once- until top is golden and bubbling. Best kept frozen until use. Defrosting not necessary!
