The tarts come “half baked” before freezing/packaging! Product photo is shown at “full bake”.
Filling: Organic spinach, happy eggs, ricotta cheese, age white cheddar cheese and feta cheese!
Tart Shell Ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour & Arrowroot Flour, Leeks, Organic Garlic, Purified Water, Wild Sourdough Starter, Organic Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Psyllium Seed Husk!
Heating instructions: Pull tart out of freezer and dethaw 2-4 hours or overnight/day in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F/176C. Place tart on baking sheet and bake 6-12 minutes. Until top is bubbling and golden. Oven temperatures vary- start checking for doneness at 6 minutes. Can bake from frozen- it will just take longer to bake!
