Hamantaschen- Apricot and Apple
We are giving it a go due to customer demand! DK has not made these before but I feel we can make them happen in Delish Style!
I will use my old family recipe for pastry (that I converted to gluten-free) and add a little more sweetness and citrus….apricot and apple will be the fillings for these tasty pastries!

Chai-Ginger Scone with Lemon Drizzle was a success so it will be back for one more week…..then DK will bring back our famous Hot Cross Scone for the Easter Market!
Lemon Square– switching up the square a bit….shortbread base with Meyer Lemon Custard and a flourless crumble on top!
Butternut Squash Mushroom Cashew Cream Soup is the feature for this week….but there are more soups in the menu as well
