When I am preparing bread for Market there are a few crucial stages in its process that “must” happen to enhance the flavour. Each batch of bread has a heart molded with the malted sorghum syrup to feed the yeast and….when the loaf of bread is sealed in its bag for Market, it is given a BIG hug of love!
