This is “out of this world”….a grain-free Sourdough “Garlic Leek” Tart Shell filled with DK’s house-made Chana Masala (chick pea curry) and topped with organic sweet potato mash!
Pastry ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour & Arrowroot Flour, Leeks, Organic Garlic, Purified Water, Wild Sourdough Starter, Organic Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Psyllium Seed Husk!
Heating instructions: Pull tart out of freezer and dethaw 2-4 hours or overnight/day in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F/176C. Place tart on baking sheet and bake 15-18 minutes. Until top is golden and filling is heated through!. Oven temperatures vary so adjust your time accordingly. Can bake from frozen- it will just take longer to bake!
