The tart comes “half baked” before freezing/packaging! Product photo is shown at “full bake”.
Filling: Organic house-made arugula pesto (organic arugula, organic lemon, organic evo, sea salt), topped with cremini mushrooms, organic red onion, organic olive oil, sea salt. Topped with aged cheddar cheese.
Tart Shell Ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour & Arrowroot Flour, Leeks, Organic Garlic, Purified Water, Wild Sourdough Starter, Organic Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Psyllium Seed Husk!
Heating instructions: Pull tart out of freezer and dethaw 2-4 hours or overnight/day in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F/176C. Place tart on baking sheet and bake 6-12 minutes. Until top is bubbling and golden. Oven temperatures vary- start checking for doneness at 6 minutes. Can bake from frozen- it will just take longer to bake!
