Filling: Mushrooms, organic arugula, organic red onion, organic thyme, happy eggs, ricotta cheese, age white cheddar cheese, organic nutmeg/pepper, sea salt!

Tart Shell Ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour, Almond Meal, Organic Hemp Protein Powder, Organic Chaga Flour, Organic Dried Figs, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Butternut Squash, Arrowroot Flour, Purified Water, Wild Sourdough Starter, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Styrian Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Hemp Seeds, Organic Local Raw Honey, Psyllium Seed Husk, Sea Salt.

Heating instructions:  Pull tart out of freezer and dethaw 2-4 hours or overnight/day in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F/176C.  Place tart on baking sheet and bake 6-12 minutes. Until top is bubbling and golden. Oven temperatures vary- start checking for doneness at 6 minutes. Can bake from frozen- it will just take longer to bake!
