Kale Ricotta Wrap!

The Kale Ricotta Wrap was a huge success this past weekend.
It will become part of the regular menu for the remainder of the summer Market!
I really enjoyed the flavour of it….I felt like I was enjoying a cannelloni again….which I have not been able to have for a very long time.
The addition of the Kale bumps up the nutrition in this wrap and enhances the delicious flavour.
