DK has a few new “whole-grain” gluten-free items for you. A line of organic sprouted grains- oat, buckwheat, garbanzo bean and sorghum.
When a grain is soaked, sprouted and then dehydrated at low temperatures, the protein is converted to amino acids, the fats to fatty acids, the starches to sugar and the enzyme inhibitors (you know…the one that stops it from growing into a life form in the kitchen cupboard) are deactivated. When you eat these grains, your digestive track is very happy as all the work has been done.
