DK has enough Dutch Ovens now to increase production of the NEW Sourdough!
These loaves of sourdough bread take 24 hours to produce….but I LOVE this process!
“Old fashioned-traditional” & “hands-on” bread baking…the way we were meant to consume grains.
The process….
Feed the sourdough- rest 4 hours
Add flour- rest 30 minutes
Add salt- rest 2 hours
Knead/Fold- rest 2 hours
Knead/Fold/Shape- rest 2 hours
Refrigerate overnight
500F oven warm up for 1 hour
460F oven and bake 40 minutes
All in the labour of love!!!
