This Sourdough Boule has been in the creative phase for a long time!!!
It is very difficult to source out non-gluten grains that have not been contaminated with gluten. DK can only bring “certified gluten-free flour” into the Kitchen. Well, DK finally found an “Ontario” Buckwheat from Poschaven Farms- North Bay and “Prairie” Quinoa from small batch farmers in the West! Both flours are “certified organic” too!
So here we go…..a gorgeous sourdough boule with Canadian Flour and the addition of Organic Butternut Squash and Organic Canadian Maple Syrup – just a wee bit!
The crumb in this loaf is larger than some of the other loaves DK creates….but this Loaf is just so happy to be coming to Market that it can’t help itself from bubbling with excitement….and me too!
ALSO….the Tigernut line of crackers has one without seeds. Just for those who cannot consume seeds! Delish!

Some customers are loving the bagels but are unable to consume seeds. DK has taken the seeds out of the Green Banana & Tigernut Bagel! Of course….the “Seedie” versions of both are still available too! Yours for the choosing!
