DK created a Cauliflower Ricotta soooo we have a….
Creamy Cauliflower Ricotta (no nut, seed, starch, binder) with DK’s Garden Cherry Tomato Sauce in a Tigernut Sourdough Tart & topped with Non-Dairy/Soy/Starch house-made Cauliflower Mozzarella! Light, fresh….delish! Kinda like an open-face “manicotti” but we’ll call it a “tigercotti”!!!!
And….DK got it’s hands on some Purple Flesh Organic Potates from the Market this weekend! I am thinking a Purple Potato Rosemary Sourdough may make it to Market this weekend???? In the test Kitchen this week!
